Now it's pretty annoying to do that every time because some of my settings are starting to get reset everytime I do this. So if you had 120fps the game would be twice as fast and thats why it's capped at 60. In that window, click program settings, then add in terraria. I have an 8 core AMD running at 3+ GHz, 16 GB of RAM, and a GeForce 1660. at least it does for me.
